5. Payments – Stripe Connect

Payments are processed via Stripe using Stripe Connect.
Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment processing and compliance with financial
regulations (including KYC/AML requirements).
When you make a payment or register as a provider, certain information is transmitted directly to
Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s own Privacy Policy.
Let’s Art does not store complete payment card details.

6. Booking System – WordPress & Amelia

Our website is built on WordPress and uses the Amelia booking plugin.
Booking data is stored in our secure hosting environment. Amelia processes booking data solely on
our behalf as a data processor.

7. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to:
